• Justin Wu, Founder and Managing Director for Kraftwerk International, is responsible for M&A and EPC advisory in the renewable energy sector. Justin starts his renewable energy career with Suntech Power since 2006. He’s the Founder and Managing Director of Kraftwerk International, with strong networks in the renewable energy industry.
• He successfully developed over 300MW solar farms in the Philippines, assist a Chinese listed company to acquire large solar farms in central Asia and helps Chinese EPC to obtain overseas EPC business.
• He has previously worked in various project development and M&A assignments in the renewable energy industry, specialized in deal sourcing, project valuation, project finance, etc.
• Justin holds Finance MBA from China Europe International Business School(CEIBS).
